The annual LUMEN symposium, now in its 10^th year, is constantly evolving to provide attendees with the latest information on best clinical practices, processes and procedures in achieving optimal outcomes for the STEMI patient.

The Lumen Summit – Colombo is being organised at Colombo, Sri Lanka by world experts, as an educational rendezvous for cardiologists & physicians and to provide attendees with the educational tools that will help them improve both the STEMI process and the STEMI procedure at their respective institutions. The Lumen Summit is being organized by the LUMEN in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Heart Federation.

This 3 day conference (Jan 21^st to 23^rd, 2010, Colombo, Srilanka) will offer a comprehensive update on the management of STEMI. The summit will review and apply the latest study results in determining the best available options of antithrombotic therapy, PCI and post MI management, within the clinical practice.
